Slide School Race Experience - DC Cup Race Day - Iwade Speedway
A no pressure race day focussed on good vibes and fun racing. Riders who have previously attended a Slide School now have the chance to take part in a fun race event alongside riders of similar calibre all riding our identical Royal Enfield FT411 school bikes.
Simply sign up and show up to the track with your gear. We will handle the rest.
How does it work?
We will start the day with a safety briefing for all competitors followed by a body position recap lesson to get you ready for action. Your days racing will consist of 1 practice session, 3x heat races & 1 Final race to decide the winners.
Will I have to share my bike with someone else?
There are 8 bikes and 8 riders meaning you keep the same bike for the course of the day.
Do I get to watch the fast guys race their own bikes?
The Royal Enfield FT411 class is just one of 4 race categories competing on the day. In between your rides, you can check out the other bikes in the pits, watch some racing and generally take in the atmosphere of grass roots Flat Track Racing
